So I bought 3 boards including this one from Newegg. I don't know if it's the fact that this generation of boards is end of production or what but I got sent 2 msi boards that had problems and this board as well which had a broken aio_pump header so you could never run liquid cooling with the board or you would burn out the cpu. I use and have used newegg for tons of items in the past but honestly I would not reccomend buying motherboards from them, because of there rma policy they are happy to send you busted boards that waste your time having to send in and have replaced only to get another board that's broken. Avoid working with this company in general regarding motherboards.

I wish I checked the reviews of the sellers before it seems like it's not the first time the seller scams us. Newegg said they will contact them to send me a replacement monitor at no cost for me, I will just need to wait for 2 extra weeks. Which is a bit of a shame so I managed to get a 50$ refund for next Newegg order but the fact I won't have my monitor in due time still sucks.

Product arrived in a timely fashion but was not the part I had ordered. Seller was quick to get back to me and resolve the situation. Product arrive well packaged and in pristine condition.

Does not have smart/silent fan control

They were the only retailer with the printer I wanted. Would have preferred if it was placed in another box so it was protected and not evident what was inside to reduce the chance of theft. Box was left outside in freezing temperature with ink inside.(Maybe note to courier not to leave outside?) Also the free 2 months of ink coupon inside was expired, must have been old stock.

Package arrived 4 days early, but the box was damaged. Thankfully the item was fine.

Needed to contact Newegg directly for a proper response He did not want to fully reimburse us even though he scammed us

This was my first time ordering from NewEgg and I wasn't sure about ordering something from a seller listed that wasn't them. There was a error with my order, but from beginning to end the seller worked with me and went above and way beyond to ensure I was satisfied. You don't see this kind of service a lot, so I happy do a review for them and highly would recommend them.

First I'm told they sold my item to someone else. Then I'm told nevermind. I see a label is made on Sunday. It's now Wednesday. Item still hasn't been given to ups. I have no idea when they will actually ship the router.
