Simple request. Fulfilled quickly and easily. This is my second order in the past couple of months .. so far .. so good!

i ordered a brand new Lian Li Strimer cable and was sent a used one. the box it was shipped in was not opened by customs but the product box was clearly opened and the insise packagaing was clearly opened. i tried to get a exchange done but they want me to pay for shipping and now no longer return my emails. but why would they?? they got there money. i will never buy from them again. New Egg is no help either. i dont think i will be using either company again. when i purchase a new product i expect a new product.

Wrong item was accidentally sent and global conditions made shipping from China slow. However, customer service fixed my issue 100% so I wouldnt be afraid to order again when needed.

return label not send

Newegg had estimated about 2 weeks shipping on something that I had bought. All of the rest of my new PC's components had arrived by that point, and I contacted customer service to ask what's up. They said that the product I bought was discontinued and could not ship despite the site saying it was in stock. They asked me if I wanted a similar model or a refund. This was all wrong as the second my order could not be filled they should have contacted me and refunded me instantly not take my money and hope I would not notice that a $20 item never arrived.

The shipping takes time, exactly one month before i received the item.

Ordered the item, waited over a week but nothing was shipped, just shipping label created. Apparently they ran out of stock then didn't cancel order. After I messaged them about it, they acted like its my fault I ordered an out of stock item even though when I ordered it was in stock on their product page. Incompetent clowns that like wasting peoples time. If your order doesn't ship the next day just cancel it, they sure won't even if they run out of the item.

Seller advertised one item but shipped different looking item and still charged me hundreds of dollars for restocking fee upon return.

Everything went perfect. Item said ship direct from China with eta of approx. 2-3 weeks. I was impressed to see avail tracking within 1 day of my order. My order was shipped by air and was at my door in 7 days. item received new and as described. Excellent experience.

Have a nice day. - finally after 7-10 days i receive the item - work fine but i dont have a small bracket low profile installation in the box ... and in the picture on the newegg website you can see it....??? i wrote again: Hi friend i receive my card rx550 yesterday it work fine thx but i dont have low profile bracket on the box ? Can u send me because i need low profile bracket i receive this : We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We have checked your order, the order does not include the bracket. Please check carefully and have a nice day, I understand newegg to want to offer a wide range of products but from now on I will rather do my purchases on other website A where I can very easily return a product which is not complete or not as described .... a low profile bracket at $ 2, I will have to take out the drill to modify the bracket it's ridiculous....

The item I ordered said it shipped but when I clicked on the tracking number in my order history, only the label had been created and it actually wasn't shipped. It had been stuck on label created and has not moved for a long time. Also when I put the tracking number into the postal service's website the seller was using, my package did not even exist.

i would recommend this seller to others. good service and products.

Seller asap set item to "shipped" and "label created", then radio silence for 10 days. When I contacted them about this they simply said the item was lost and asked me if I would accept some other totally different model of product than the one I ordered, or get a refund. Took the refund of course. But if you sell someone something and then it takes you 10 days and them contacting you to notice the item basically was instantly lost, thats not okay.

I was tracking my order and for some reason the shipment was returned to the seller. I contacted Zoneway and they promptly replied to reassure me that I would get my order. My order came with no issues, and I am 100% satisfied with the experience!

item worked for two weeks. its a fan. they told me to eat it. avoid this company like the plague. NewEgg also refused to intervene. avoid NewEgg as well

Usually company from China takes more then 30 days and sometimes 2 months to get our item..I decided to take my chance with them. I am very impressed by the fast delivery. It took only 2 weeks to receive my item with the right thing and i am from Canada. I usually always have problem with China's company to get my stuff. But so far good experience with them. Because of the accuracy and the fast shipping i give them a 5 stars
