Compared to the original controller, I didn't like the feel of these - the button mechanism is higher than the original - more distance to press and thus less responsive, less control over moves.

Understanding what is happening in the world right now with COVID the seller neglected to inform me of any delay. I Eventually reached out to Newegg and you had the seller contact me. I received exactly one email stating and I quote... "Hi, the shipping was delayed due to COVID-19. But the item has been shipped out. You can track at the website in 2-3 days later. The link is attached in this message" There was no link attached and I have no tracking info for this item. I still have not received it. I am very disappointed and the only reason I am not more furious is that I know this is not Newegg. Had I known this item would be coming from a third party seller I would not have ordered it with the current state of affairs as I thought this item was shipping through Canada and at the time we had not experienced COVID yet.
Don't bother
Ordered it the 6th of Dec. and we're 4th of Jan. and didn't received it yet.... Very slow shipping
Turned my joy con back in mint condition. The items were in good condition despite not being in a box but just in a mini zip lock bag. The bubble wrap did a good job in delivering the components in one piece.
