Seller sent me a DOA motherboard, did not work. Left seller a message on Newegg website, seller did not reply. I am seeking a full refund including my shipping cost.

I highly recommend this seller. I ordered a laptop replacement screen for my broken laptop. The shipment arrives reasonably fast considered it is delivered from other country. The item received is slightly different from what I need. Considering so many different versions of computer parts, this is unavoidable. After providing additional information to the seller, they shipped the correct parts to me immediately. Now my laptop works perfectly. Will buy from them again if there is a need in future.
