- Please remember the converter can not be bi-directional, NOT HDMI to SDI, just convert SDI to HDMI.
- Please do not use the USB cable to transfer because it is a charging cable.
- When you use the SDI converter, please connect the power adapter. Or it will not work.
- Please carefully check if power supply/ SDI device/ HDMI device is well connected.
- The SDI to HDMI converter starts to work after all the devices are well connected.
