The Vertiv Avocent LV 4000 KVM Extender supports Digital Visual Interface (DVI) transmission, common in today’s servers, and delivers a smooth user experience with no delays or signal degradation. The Vertiv Avocent LV 4000 KVM extenders use an uncompressed system, whereby every pixel of every frame is sent without loss. Capable of transmitting a single or two single-link DVI video streams, USB 2.0 and analog audio over a single or multiple CATx cables, this KVM extender provides high-resolution (1920x1200) video images and high-quality audio for single and multi-screen desktops up to 50 m. / 164 ft. away.

    ISOCHRONOUS USB DEVICE SUPPORT

    The Vertiv Avocent LV 4000 receiver features a built-in four-port USB hub to support an array of USB devices, including isochronous devices.
