This set features stainless steel and pure aluminum encapsulated in the base for fast and even heating. The tight-?tting lids* seal in ?avors and nutrients. It also features stay-cool stainless steel riveted handles, and tapered pan rims for drip-free pouring. (*only several pieces of cookware have lid.)
