Very effective and easy to use,
-Boosts to 5.2ghz
X3D best cpu on the market.
-Powerful for price(discounted price) -No issues with gaming performance -multitasking is a breeze
Work very fast. Better then my 9700k Excellent for.gaming
I run multiple Task and i never get any issues at all and everything runs perfect.
Great CPU. Install was easy and applying thermal paste even with the odd shape of the lid of the was easy. Using ryzen master will help you get even more out of this CPU as well as a good AIO cooler
Significantly lower power than comparable non-X3D Ryzens, means less heat, greater longevity, lower energy bills, and a planet slightly better off...
I'm normally an Intel kind of guy but I thought I'd try an AMD chip for a change. So far it is working very nicely.
For all practical purposes as good as an I9 with half the heat problems, and you don't have to water cool it. Achieving top scores on Passmark benchmark score 10284. System is I7-12700k, MSI Tomahawk, G.SKILL Ripjaws V 32GB DDR4 3600 F4-3600C16D-32GVKC, EVGA Supernova 850 GT 850W, Corsair 110Q case, Noctua NH-D15S, nVME 980 1TB and MSI RX6600 graphics. Everything worked together with no problems right out of the box without tweaking.
Luckily I like spending time tweaking my CPU. My benchmark scores and framerates really did not go up until I dialed in a good Core Offset, tuned the memory beyond EXPO's auto settings, turned off Core Isolation in Windows, downloaded Win 11 update KB5041587. I have not tried Win11 24H2 yet, and I am not running this with any version of Linux. Compared to my 7950x, I have way more throw with the Core offset. I can dial in a Core Offset beyond -25 with the 9950x, whereas my 7950x gets fussy when I try a CO beyond -5. The 9950x also doesn't run as hot.
An absolute beast at handling games and tasks. Just a lil beast at production.
Low cost Moderate size means it fits easily Simple to install
Got the new CPU the next day. Although I know its just a rebranded i9-13900K, Newegg's delivery service was exceptional and the product works flawlessly.
I know its not for gaming but boy it downloads fast, and has the ability to do anything k need in a snappy manner.
+5.7ghz clockspeeds +8 cores (used in gaming) for under $400 +consistent frame timings +allows for easy drop in upgrades in the future +Temperatures good while gaming with a 5 copper heat pipe tower cooler
My choice for my new build.
Great Basic CPU Cooler with some nice RGB
fast processor, nice for gaming
I like that it is 20 cores and runs up to 5.6 Ghz while not going above 75 C. It only hits 70s under full load. Gaming 55 Celsius. Idles at 32 C using Corsair ICUE H150i RGB Elite on balanced setting.
