Quieter than my monitor fan. Came with 5 fans and the whole box was very heavy for fans. They are a solid construction and I have no doubts they will last for years to come. Idk but I'm sure this is typical for PC fans. But the connectors chain today so you can put as many as you want in a single Mobo fan connector. If you have 2 fans and 1 mobo pin you can use both fans!
The title says it all. They are loud when at full speed, but that's to be expected from having three fans running at 3,000rpm. I've got three of these behind my radiator set up as intake, and the metal vents that sit over them are always cold.
Very powerful easy to mount comes with RGB controller surprisingly quiet
I came across these "new" fans as I was contemplating building a new machine for myself. I am using these as side intake fans on a be Quiet! Dark Pro 901 case. The fans are very well built, modular, quiet, and can really move some air. You can tell that the fan bearings are superior and should last a long time. The single PWM power lead, and ARGB lead make wiring a breeze and neat looking. The lighting is great, even if not my #1 concern. I even like that they are a little "thicker" than standard 120 mm case fans. The fans feel heavy and substantial, and not like some cheap junk.
Looks awesome, less cables!
Cable management is so easy with these fans. Looks great, low dB (sound), MSI Cooling wizard is fun and very customizable. If you want the best, this is them currently.
- Moves a lot of air and is quiet. - Excellent Static pressure - Can be loud and move a godly amount of air if you want it to. I run mine at 900rpm and they slap. I have 14 of them in a corsair 7000d and might put a 15th in as exhaust. They have similar performance per volume as the legendary Noctua NF-A-25. - Daisychainable. - MTTF: 150000 hours - 6 year Warranty
Minimalist, Silent ,Price
Low noise High air flow Very pretty Daisy Chain RGB Low cost
Amazing colors Simple daisy chain setup Hidden screws are awesome
They work and they are pretty if you want them to be
No RGB nonsense
Great air flow. Plug and play. Easy to daisychain.
This hub reflects Noctua's quality for sure as I expected. The build of the hub is robust, it functions flawlessly and the integrated magnetic mount is an excellent bonus.
I bought a NF-A14 and a NF-F12, to use in my open case desktop computer, it literally is on my desk top, next to my monitor. The 140mm is used as a top of case exhaust and is only 30 inches from my ear. At idle speeds and not using the voltage reducer it "seems" to be silent, The 120mm, which is used as the rear exhaust, I can't hear at any time. Both are PWM controlled. Also they move as much or more air than the fans they replaced. Playing Farcry 3 on ultra I can hear the 140mm but it's not nearly as loud or offensive as the fan it replaced. The tone is much more acceptable and pleasing than any other fans I have heard. Remember, I am not using the voltage reducer. I was Very skeptical about these fans and their high price but they are the best I have used and I would definitely buy again. So over all even if you can hear them they seem to fade into the distance and you just do not notice them. Sweeeet!
The installation of these fans are stupid easy
Plenty of airflow thats for sure! I have 4 of 120mm in mine right now, 3 on my Corsair 150i Elite and it does the job! I didnt buy this because of ( 142 cfm) at max rpm I would never like to run anything on max but with this setup on my 13900KF my fan havent went over 35-50% playing full load, the game NFS unbound tends to run cpu hotter, it wouldnt go over 68c anymore so Im happy with it. When Im on tasking, FB, email etc it running around 10-15% load between 28c-32c Love the wire! Long easy plug where ever I want but Im using HUB anyway Tons tons of airflows! I have 1x 120 rear, 3x 120mm AIO, 2x 140 front and 2x 140 PSU cover ( Lian Li LanCool 216 Black )
