I've been a big fan of Wacom products for a long time now so I may be biased, but going from the Intous 4 to this one was an easy transition and overall this is a solid piece of artistic tech and feels smooth when drawing.
I found it very easy to set-up. Only one thing to plug into the tablet itself, then two plugs go into the computer and one into the electrical socket. Simple as can be. And it's quite simple to use as well, the fact I can easily pick up a color with a push on the button on the pen makes it extremely easy. The fact that the cursor follows the pen when the pen is hovering over the screen helps you to ensure that you write or draw where you need to.
It's a flexible fabric that is soft smooth against my monitor, if you know the type of fabric you use to clean glasses lenses, it's a lot like that if not exactly the same. It is single stitched at the finger seamlines, but has a nice stretchy hemstitch around the wrist & larger palm opening for a wide range of flexibility; will fit both a feminine and masculine hand.
It works perfectly I'm really happy with it
