I replaced a WD SN750SE 500 gb with this one TB because I needed more storage. I had no problems cloning this using WD cloning software. I cleaned the SN750SE and cloned my WD HHD storage drive to it. Again no problems cloning and setup the HHD for file history. I hoped to gain speed and I did. I'm using this on a Gigabyte B550 Aorus Pro V2 MB, a Ryzen 5 3600 and 32gb of G-Skill 3600 ram. This is a great setup for my needs.

1. Really fast - It wrote over 1/2 a TB in a Macrium full backup image in about 20 minutes. 2. Runs cool, It ran for 20 minutes solid and didn't even get warm. I did use the thermal pad that came with the enclosure. I'm sure this helps considerably. 3. Easy to recognize for Windows and formatting was no problem.
