This rack is made of very heavy gauge steel. It is very rugged and very easy to assemble. It may help to have a second set of hands to put it together. I love that StarTech included some cable management hooks! Very helpful! The price is excellent. Would buy a second rack if needed. I looked at other open frame racks and StarTech's was the only one that came with everything I needed and then some. Plus it is a full size 42u rack.

Bought this for my Home Network works great I have 2 Netgear 16 port switches and a patch panel inside with a linksys small business firewall all inside great product and quality built

Sturdy Design and well constructed.

Fairly easy to put together - easy to increase depth with minimal load. Can increase depth to insane amount. Sturdy materials. Fair amount of cage nuts, screws and cable mgmt. pieces to start you off. Nice height for putting something on top. Decent casters. Nice price. Looks better in person than in images.

Excellent product, exactly what I paid for. Little heavy for mounting on wall but you can do it. Make sure you have plenty support. I own a couple purchased someplace else. There ideal for securing networking and security equipment from burglars attempting to steal or damage it. At first I was skeptical this was strong enough to protect from crowbar or bat but its more than suffice.

Lots of room to work in the enclosure. Casters glided along the floor to our setup location. The feet can be extended from screws located on the top of the footer assembly for ease of use. Very modular, installing a new server? Takes but a few moments to take off the sides and back for more room. Works great with Tripp Lite products. PDUs slipped right on the back.

Great little shelf for the money.

They work great and no issues once installed.

There's not much to say about this thing. It's a shelf and it does what it says. + The manufacturing quality appears to be top notch. + Arrived in a well packaged box with the nice triple thick corrugated exterior. + Came with 4 very sturdy looking screws and cage nuts. + Lined up perfectly in my rack and doesn't appear to have any bends or dents in the metal. + One of the better prices for products in this range.

The real beauty of this rack is how it swings out from the wall so you can get to the back of the servers. Great for my small server setup.

Heavy duty, i have had many in the past that are rather flimst and bend easily, this one is nice and strong. Comes with good mounting hardware as well so no extra screws or bolts are needed.

a good solution for a patch panel or other underdesk or under-shelf install.

No dumping or draining of the water condensate :) Seems to be well made. The hoses are long enough for most all applications.
