Provides everything the chipset has to offer. I dig the military stylings and it pairs well with the SN850x Heat sink. Like the included stickers
Its refreshing to see a new design for PSUs. In practice, it works insanely well. The PCI-E Gen 5 cable is fantastic!
Does a great job managing temperatures for an MSI-themed build Gaming at 1440p max settings, CPU stays in the mid-50's (7950x3D) Idle in the mid to low 40's
Looks good. Easy daisy chaining and comes with controller.
This replaced a 14 year old computer. I have been building gaming PCs for 22 years and I used to build them for a company who sold them so I have built/seen a lot of gaming components and I have watched the industry evolve, and simply put the PC gaming industry is amazing now. The layout is very thoughtful. The heat sinks are heavy duty. It has PCIE 5.0 with NVMe and wow both are lightning fast. It has plenty of SATA ports. Plenty of USB ports. It has 2 extra PCIE slots for adding cards. The BIOS is highly customizable and you can use a mouse. It has all kinds of options to tweak everything you could ever want to including the fan curve for PWM fans. It looks good, is solid, has plenty of room for expansion, and everything is well laid out and spaced with thought. I have no concerns that this motherboard will last a long time. By clicking on EXPO setting 1 I was able to get DDR5 6000 out of my overclocking ram, which is the max setting it supports and the system is very stable.
Comes with all the cables you need, plus you can swap them out if needed, since it's modular.
Excellent Price Point Excellent Performance
-only M.2 2242 drive that can hit 7200/6400 speeds (next fastest drive is Visiontek at 5100/4900) -about half the cost of other 2TB drives
works great, just what I needed. The mic and phones are marked on the ends of the jack, you can't see this in the photo, but they are there.
Had absolutely no issues setting up with a 7700 and Corsair Vengeance 2x16GB 6000C30 ram, first thing to do is update the BIOS from the start, then set PBO, Curve Optimizer to Negative 30, ram to 6200 and infinity fabric to 2066, memory context restore to enabled after a few successful boots, and it rocks. Very happy with it.
Works great, nice little screen.
I got 2 of these 1200w PSU's as my EVGA 1000w+ PSU was finally kicking the bucket after 7 years and started giving me huge power spikes and caused blue screens and automatic power off crashes. With these new PSU's everythings so far so good. I have been using them now for about 2 weeks or so and they are powering everything as needed and I am not longer getting power lags or power spikes or crashes vs my older PSU. The big plus is that these have the new power plug requirement for the new Nvidia GPU's. If you are in need of a new PSU I highly recommend giving NZXT a shot specially at this price point before they sell out or the prices go up.
It runs stable at 7800 Very easy to understand and install It is beautiful in person better than what you can see online
Simple setup, worked and updated itself on first power up zero issues thus far. Massive heat sinks everywhere running benchmarks so far everything has been optimal. Nothing over 70c at 100% on processor, board, or video card. Wish I had known before hand they had heat sinks installed on the M.2 sockets for M1 M3 and M4. Wouldnt have had to buy memory with heat sinks. This is more positive than negative hence the pros column.
- Compact - Easy to build in - High build quality - Good adaptability
Cables are well made and easy to use. They work as advertised.
