Partitioned the drive with Diskpart.exe prior to installing Windows 7. This eliminates the 200mb system partition. After installing the operating system, I used Gparted to shrink the OS partition to 40GB & create various other primary partitions. Running Windows 7 from this small partition delivers increased responsiveness & makes it easy to keep clean & defragged. This WD Black® is quiet, fast & well engineered. I LIKE IT. . .
