Pros: - Sound is amazing for the size and price - Absolutely beautiful gloss black finish

Cons: - Very poor bluetooth connection strength - regardless of whether connected from my phone (Samsung S22) or laptop the signal would randomly drop for a split second - The linking between two of these might as well not exist. There is NO "master" / "slave" as that would actually imply. I even spoke with Monoprice tech support and they issued an RMA and replaced both speakers, however identical results. I have the two speakers on my wall unit (made of wood only) placed approximately 7' apart with no other electronic devices located between the two speakers and yet they sporadically, momentarily drop connection with each other. Happens approximately once per minute and is always for less than a second, however this constant interruption on either channel in my music is NOT what I want. To clarify, it is not speaker dependent, it appears random as to which speaker drops signal for that split second. - Remote also only controls either speaker unless very far back. True master / slave should render the slave speaker unable to accept remote commands as it SHOULD only take commands from the master speaker.

Overall Review: The ONLY reason it didn't get one star is because when the speakers work, they sound amazing, the bass defies this small size speaker. Same with the finish, it is gorgeous. HOWEVER, they are useless because they can't even work consistently, and I tried 4 speakers in less than 2 weeks all RMA'd. Do NOT buy!
