The hard drive was not properly packaged. I am concerned that it could have been damaged in shipping. Terrible. Package properly.

They make it look like they shipped the item when they didn't. Same as the other reviews say. Then they want you to wait weeks after it was suppose to show up before they will do anything about it. I had to get Newegg involved to get my money back. They did not refund the total I paid either! Terrible. I don't/won't trust them. You've been warned. It upsets me that I have to give them 1 egg rating when they deserve a no egg rating.
