Seems like something is wrong with the review page as some of the buttons don't work. However, all is good, the two fans work fine (a little noisybut that's ok). I use the fan to keep a hot running android box cool, as well as my Dell Cromebox (running GalliumOS). The Dell doesn't really need cooling but it can't hurt.

I am very pleased with my purchase of a refurbished computer from Blair Tech. It works flawlessly (as good as a Windows computer can) and it's nice to have an updated version of Windows 10, with all security updates installed at the time of purchase. I did get a larger monitor than the one that was listed, so am happy with that as well. I also had a "problem" with my dvd burner that was giving me issues, but I was able to get it working. Before that, I had contacted Blair about it and they offered a dvd replacement, but it turned out I didn't need it anyway. So CS is stellar.

I got the webcam in less than 48 hours. It works as advertised and I have no complaints. Will not hesitate using Uniway in the future.
