DHL in china is slower than molasses running up hill, took almost 2 weeks to pick up the package and a week to leave Hong Kong, arrived in North America and I recieved it in 3 or 4 days, I ordered the Hikvision NVR, i'm in Canada, so if you order be prepared to wait 3 weeks before it even leaves China, I emailed the company and asked if DHL was on strike, a huge difference in shipping in Canada than China, but the company did email me and ask if I received my product, I would order from this company again but I wish they would have said in their shipping details that it takes over a month to get a product delivered to Canada , so heads up if you are in North America, Cheers :)
