Seller seller shipped the wrong item, and required a photo as proof for return. They sent a return tracking number but did not include a waybill so shipper could not accept number and I had to pay out of pocket for the return. It's now been more than 4 weeks since the seller has received the return and is not responding to my requests nor the 2 tickets I've filed through Newegg. I still have no idea if they will send a replacement and I have not received any refund yet. This will be the last time I use a marketplace seller and likely the last time I shop at Newegg since they are unable to provoke a response, or step in and correct the issue.
