Turned my joy con back in mint condition. The items were in good condition despite not being in a box but just in a mini zip lock bag. The bubble wrap did a good job in delivering the components in one piece.

They said my item was on back order. I tried to be patient and waited for 3 weeks for my product. I finally gave up and bought another near-identical item from another seller so I requested for a refund. I never got any replies from Cap Electronic since then.
