Overall Review: One review here noted it didnt come with 2 of the advertised accessories, which I did receive but separately oddly enough. So its possible he didnt get that package. As for the blowing function, it DOES have it but its not a separate button, you have to mount the attachments on the BACK (the red vent) which expels air and creates the blowing function. It all works, the vacuum isnt super strong but enough to vacuum up small debris in verbales of your car which is about what I expected. The instructions are not overly clear but for the most part (other than the blowing function) its pretty obvious so its not a huge deal. I like it and it works for what I need it for
