Works Well
Pros: Does the job. The seller responded quickly and fairly to an issue I had. Kudos to them. The device is simple and seems accurate.
Cons: The instructions are sparse. Do press the power button a long time to get the readout on the display (at least 7 seconds).
Overall Review: Definitely consider when the price is on sale, a good tool to have for checking fever.

I had an issue with the thermometer, and the included instructions were not the best. The customer service, via email, was quick, very good and very helpful. We resolved the situation quickly and their approach was just excellent. Yes, I would buy again. Thank you.
