Great Performance

Pros: Great price to performance to price ratio. Comes with an extra beefy heat sink on the fan and I'm impressed with how cool this cpu stays(below 35 degrees celsius for basic work flow tasks)
Cons: This is a general team red gripe. I'm always paranoid about damaging the contacts when inserting the cpu to its socket.
Overall Review: Solid price for a solid cpu that can do most things you ask it to.
No Instructions

Pros: The fan does an excellent job cooling the CPU
Cons: The fan did not come with instructions or indicators for RGB vs pump/fan cables.
Overall Review: I figured out how to connect this properly without instructions, but I wasn't able to verify I had done anything correctly until powering on the PC for the first time. I also haven't been able to get the RGB working despite it working elsewhere on this system.
Works

Overall Review: We purchased this to store footage captured by our 8 camera DVR security system. It worked immediately after installing. No complaints.
More of THIS, please!

Pros: - Looks professional so can be used in a work setting - WEBCAM - awesome build quality - excellent cooling - beefy specs
Cons: - no numberpad - bloatware - had to manually install a studio driver for NVIDIA card
Overall Review: I love the Zephyrus line because they offer gaming level specs in a professional package. I have no issue giving this to someone on our design or marketing team because I know it will be reliable for heavy workloads and fit seamlessly into a work environment. It even has an integrated webcam and beautiful refresh rate! All these things at a fraction of the price for something like an XPS or Surfacebook. My only complaints are: - the lack of a numberpad unless you get the much larger and much more expensive iteration of the Zephyrus. It's a small keyboard so I get it...just would complete the professional appeal. - the bloatware. Asus packs so much unnecessary software into their machines. Between McAfee, MyAsus, Armoury Crate, and a few others half the set up time is turning off notifications and uninstalling(especially McAfee) useless junk. Fix this ASUS! - Lack of Studio Driver Option. This might be an NVIDIA thing, but the 'GeForce Experience' app wouldn't even offer the ability to install studio drivers on the gpu. This might be due to the laptop/card being marketed to gamers, but why make a laptop professionals will also like if you won't make it easy for them to get set up? I ended up installing the studio driver manually from NVIDIA's website, but that almost made it more frustrating. It exists! Why try and keep it away from me? Overall, great laptop. The specs are excellent for the price and the build quality is lovely to work on. You can't go wrong.
Mediocre

Pros: - When it's working it prints well.
Cons: - I generally find the Remote UI of Canon's printers unnecessarily outdated. It was a pain to get access to in the first place and then to set up scanning via email was more of a headache than it usually is. - Windows didn't automatically find the drivers and finding the drivers on Canon's website was frustratingly difficult. I downloaded multiple driver packages thinking I had found the right one but set up kept failing. For some reason, one of them finally worked(even though I had tried it previously to no avail).
Overall Review: I bought this because it's hard to find a black and white MFP for this price point these days. Covid shortages, etc. I always prefer to choose Xerox when I can, but there was nothing available at this price that does what this machine does at the time and the purchase was time sensitive. If there's no alternatives, this will get the job done but might take half the day to get it running correctly. If you can, go with the Xerox Versalink B205. Same size and speed and is WAY more intuitive and reliable.
Good Price for Quality

Pros: - Higher hertz than I would normally get at this price range. - Works
Cons: - I don't love the bases on these. I got them purely because they were on sale and were the size we needed. The bases have a large footprint which makes them less than ideal for tight desk space. Much prefer Benq's bases - One shipped with the power adapter missing. Contacted newegg and they provided a credit for purchasing a replacement.
Overall Review: The price was right at the time and they are quality monitors. I just don't understand why the bases are so wide. Also props to newegg for supplying the credit in a prompt manner to deal with the missing power adapter.
Noisy Fan
The GPU works/performs as expected. I have no issues with that. My major gripe is that the fan has a whine to it. I understand this is a refurb unit, but all refurbished parts/builds I have purchased in the past have performed like new, including in their fan noise. I contacted the seller, but have not heard anything in over a week. This is disappointing.
Solid Machine and Solid Service
Purchased this for our company to present VR walkthrough's of client home designs. The machine is probably a bit overpowered, but everything works seamlessly thanks to the incredible specs. Was a good value for the package and has nice quality parts. The power supply was making weird, electrical buzzing noises whenever the GPU started working hard. I contacted support and they are sending a replacement PSU for me to install at not extra cost. Exactly what you look for in customer support. I recommend this builder/supplier!
Straight forward
Can't ask more of a seller than to deliver the item they advertise on time and in working order!
