I ordered my laptop and still have not received it. I have contacted support 2 times now and they keep telling me it's on the way. When I check the tracking it says it hasn't even shipped yet. I understand that with covid some companies are running at a reduced capacity however, I was given no notification that they were one of them. It's been over 2 weeks since my order and I'm guessing I'm probably waiting at least another two weeks.
