The keyboard was slightly bent in the bottom right corner. However, I was able to bend it back and it's working fine. I didn't saw any damage on the packaging. For some reason the cable is a little longer than the original keyboard from ASUS. I can still install it but is creates some upward pressure and prevent the keyboard from sitting properly on the back plate. I could trim the cable but didn't want to damage it. Overall I'm happy, I can use my laptop for a reasonable price. Newegg customer help center was really supportive and efficient when I was investigating why my package was late. So -1 egg for slight damage and -1 egg for over a week late delivery from post Canada.
