Sold me a refurb with A status yet the laptop comes apart at the seems when you open it... bottom half missing screws as well. Thanks for wasting my time and charging me 40 bucks for shipping to return your garbage product.

The item was never delivered. Despite buying it through newegg they’ve made no effort to refund me for the failed delivery because they state it’s a third party vender. Then why is it on your webpage!!! The product looks like the same cheap trash offered on e bay from china. I thought I would have some buyer protection purchasing through newegg. If they’re not willing to refund me for hosting a shady third party vender I’ll be switching back to memoryexpress this is an absolute waste of my time. Not to mention i’ve been waiting for 2 months for this to fix an overheating GPU.
