Refurb = Dirty as hell?
Pros: Showed up not broken Specs match what was sold
Cons: Computers are so dirty that I have to dismantle both of them and clean whatever this heavy, sticky, dirt/dust is in them to get them to run for more than 30 minutes without overheating. Gone through half a box of q-tips already. I have a heavy duty, plug in dust blower that isn't doing much for cleaning these.
Overall Review: The product minus the dirt/heavy dust inside them is still a decent computer for an office workstation.
Good Purchase
Product packed properly for shipping. Boxes looked like hell when they showed up but all products were protected, even the 27" monitor. Will be buying more of this unit.
First time ordering, not sure
I got the computer and it was in working order, but heavily refurbished. Wrong stand for this model as in it doesn't line up with the screw holes. Windows Home instead of Pro. Good Unit, Enterprise hard drive but not sure I would order again.
Refurb = Dirty as hell?
Both units I ordered were completely filthy. Complete tear down and physically clean them. Blowing out with a high powered computer duster was not enough to clean them. Units were as advertised less the heavy dirt and dust. No built in web cam's though, not a big issue for me.
