Item delivered was defective out of the box. Wrote to the seller several times. Seller is looking for excuses and reasons why the part does not work. Sellers response- "Have you ever get your laptop repaired and replaced any accessories of your laptop, if yes, this card is not compatible with your laptop." I responded that laptop has not never been repaired and no accessories have been replaced. Seller is yet to respond. I have never heard that a new replacement wi-fi card will stop being compatible if any repairs are done to the laptop.
