Overall Review: I ordered Toolfree USB 3.0 to SATA External Hard Drive Enclosure Case for 3.5" SATA HDD and SSD [Support UASP and 8TB Drives] - Black 23.99$ For 3.5" SATA I/II/III HDD and SSD Without checking with me as to weather or not I wanted a substitute product supplier shipped me Wavlink USB 3.0 to SATA External Hard Disk Drive Enclosure for 3.5 Inch SATA I/II/III HDD SSD with Power Switch, 12V/2A Power Adapter, Bracket, Included USB 3.0 Cable 21.99 with screws I specifically wanted a no tools needed design as I have multiple extra hd's and wanted a simple no hassle way to swap the drive I wanted to use with one's in use. In getting a substitute product that i did not approve right off the bat the entire purpose of ordering this specific enclosure is defeated. My next beef is the fact that both units have died after less than 2 weeks of light use. So now I have 2 useless items I didn't really want, and that aren't even worth the time and hassle to return for replacement. So basically I have wasted the money I spent on products I didn't want. Can anyone guess which Newegg supplier I will never be ordering from ever again. I had to give one egg just to submit this review, but a -5 egg would be better Mike

I had to give one egge to submit the review but it should be -5 eggs. Substituting products without contacting the customer first for their approval is a bad business conduct. Both units I received were not what I ordered and both have failed. I want nothing to do with Bailink Dream ever again, they have wasted my money.
I give it only 4 of 5 because it arrived a little slower than most of my Newegg purchases. The product was securely packaged and arrived in good condition and I am happy with it's functionality.
