If you contact the customer service you only get an standard answer back. Nobody read your conversation what took place before. They want that you send them pictures, but they can not receive them. We did send couple times pictures what they requested until they realize they can't receive them. This alone took them couple days. We purchased an DRL Module what was not working. In the End we noticed that the Label on top off the Module was not what was describe underneath. Maybe the issue is that somebody scammed us. And we didn't get an DRL Module. But they don't care about this. Still they requested picture to show that this module is not working. But how can you show them that an electric Module is not working on an picture? Worst experience! I would never buy from this Third party seller again.
