Slow shipping, defective device, terrible customer service
I ordered a mobile hotspot, which took a few days longer to arrive than had been stated. After all that waiting, it turned out to be defective, so I contacted ETopSell about it. They responded promptly to my first message, but then went completely silent after I followed up with them. It's been 9 days since then (and I've even emailed them since), and still no response. Just waiting for Newegg to work through the claim I placed.
The item itself was fine, but it took a long time to arrive. I believe it technically was delivered on time (18 days), but just barely.
Item (a box of cable clips) took four weeks to arrive, which is definitely on the slow side. The box also opened during shipping, spilling the clips everywhere. Fortunately, this was all contained in a well-sealed package, so it was a minor inconvenience. Still, a larger piece of tape holding the lid down is all it would take!
