I purchased a refurbished Dell desktop and unfortunately there was a problem with the motherboard. I contacted the seller, they called me and then quickly contacted Dell Support (as it was already under warranty) for a replacement (the Dell technician came to my home to do the service, which was very convenient!). I would say that having that little hickup would definitely not prevent me from buying from this seller again, as the customer support from their staff (Cesar Alcala) was excellent all the way through!
