As Expected
Pros: Clear crisp display. Over kill for studio recording software, much appreciated however.
Cons: None. Only a month in though.
Overall Review: Easy to setup. Direct replacement for my LG screen ( that I hit with my drumstick, oh darn I exclaimed ) mounted plugged in reviewed setting and we were away to the races.
Expected
Pros: Stores data.
Cons: Doesn't store cold beer.
Overall Review: Quality and speed, what more could you ask. Other than a cold beer.
Arrived the next day, works wonderfully, who could complain?
This was the second ADAT cable I ordered as the first was taking so long to arrive from one of your Marketplace vendors. I'm a long time Newegg customer and have been very pleased with quality and service. However, since your introduction of Marketplace vendors I have come to the conclusion that sticking to "sold by Newegg" or at the very least "ships from Canada" is the ONLY way to ensure my continued satisfaction. I'm sure there are Marketplace vendors that are reliable, but, this make three for three that I've been burned. Leaves a very displeasing feeling behind, to this customer.
Dismissive
The item was of lesser quality than depicted and advertised. Newegg's follow up and response was excellent. The customer service person I spoke with took immediate action with the vendor, however, the vendor took well over the 48 hours given to them to respond. It took them 5 days!
