    If your computer/laptop is Windows 7 system and you ordered the 'USB C' variation product, you need to install driver (built-in driver, automatically pop out when connected) to use it product normally; but if the system is Windows 8 and above, then just plug and play.

    If you order the 'USB A' variation product, then no matter which Windows system your computer/laptop is, just plug and play, no driver required.

    1. I connected this to my laptop, but it is not working?

    • If you ordered the 'USB A' product, please check connected to a USB 3.0 port and retry; If you ordered the 'USB C' product, please check the system of your computer to see if it is Windows 8 or above, if it is Windows 7 please install the driver and retry.

     

    2. My Ethernet is 1000Mbps why its speed does not reach 1000Mbps?

    • 1000Mbps is the fastest Internet speed in theory, but due to the different cables used and the different test methods, the Internet speed you tested may not reach this value, it is normal thing, please understand.

     

    3. One of the USB port is not working, what should I do?

    • If so, please con-tact us for re-place-ment or re-fu-nd.

     

    4. Can I use this for TV? It has a USB connector.
