1.please make sure the adapter connect with your computer is fairly enough.

2.please insert the adapter to the back port of your desktop. or change another computer.

Q2. How can i confirm my computer recognized the wifi adapter ?

1.please check device manage center whether there is wireless lan 802.11ac wifi adapter ?

2.please check my computerwhether there is driver disk.if there is.open it click install.the adapter will work.

Q3 .Can the adapter work on MAC or Linux syetem?
