1. Connection Issues:

The external optical drive comes with a data cable, and the power cable is packaged separately from the external optical drive. Make sure the data cable is properly connected;
No support for hubs or extension cords, otherwise unrecognizable situations may occur;
Do not connect the USB port and the TYPE-C port of the all-in-one data cable at the same time, as this may cause failure.
 

2. Insufficient power supply:

If you are using a desktop computer, you need to plug the external drive into the rear interface, the front interface may send insufficient power supply (this happens with some computers);
After making sure that there is no problem connecting the device, it is recommended to use the power cord to connect to a higher voltage than the 5V power outlet/USB interface, which can provide more power.
