- This external Blu-ray DVD Burner needs to download the Blu-ray player/Burner software itself before it can read and burn Blu-ray DVD. Download compatible Blu-ray player/burner software before use. We suggest using Macgo blu-ray Player for MAC OS and PowerDVD for Windows, or Leawo for all systems.
- Note that the device may not function with some tablets due to low voltage conditions, such as the Surface series.
- Connect the device directly to the USB port on your computer. For desktop computers, connect it to the USB port on the motherboard for proper functionality. Avoid using a USB hub or extension cable, which may hinder device recognition or reading of BD, CD/DVD.
- Remember that player software is NOT included with the drive.
- The Blu-ray DVD drive does NOT play 4K Ultra HD discs.
