Vegetable / Nakiri bocho (????? literally: vegetable cutting knife). They differ from the deba bocho in their shape, as they have a straight blade edge suitable for cutting all the way to the cutting board without the need for a horizontal pull or push. These knives are also much thinner and are useful for cutting vegetables. Made in Japan by Sekiryu. Use only a Japanese whetstone to resharpen edge. Usage & Care: Wash knife with mild soap before or after use. Dry blade thoroughly after washing.
