    Origin:CN(Origin)
Model Number:0-2.5V/3.3V/5V/10V/15V/24V to 4-20mA voltage to current signal convers

    Features:
    1: Small appearance
    2: Stable performance
3: Easy to use, clear wiring diagram on the details page
    4: Provide technical support
    5: Widely used
    Product introduction:
The voltage-to-current module can convert 0-3.3V/0-5V/0-10V/0-15V voltage signals into 4-20ma current signals; in the process of circuit signal transmission, the voltage signal will change as the transmission distance increases Weak, the use of current transmission can avoid the weakening of the signal.
    Product Classification:
There are two types of terminals for this product:
One type uses KF301-2 wiring terminals as voltage signal input terminals, and KF301-3 as power supply voltage and current output terminals.
The other is led out with 2.54mm single-row pins, which can be soldered upwards or downwards, which is convenient for buyers to directly plug into the board as a module (please contact customer service if you need to draw out in an array).
    Product instructions:
1: Get the baby and connect the power supply of the module, the 3 terminals on the right side, the upper positive and the lower negative output.
2: Zero adjustment: adjust the conversion voltage signal to 0v, adjust the zero adjustment point to make the output current 4ma. It is best to fix the potentiometer knob with glue after the adjustment.
3: Adjust the full scale: adjust the conversion voltage to the required full-scale voltage (such as 3.3V, 5V, 10v, 15V), and adjust the full-scale potentiometer to make the output current 20ma. During the adjustment process, it will be found that the current output indicator turns from weak to strong. It is best to fix the potentiometer knob with glue after the adjustment.
4: The voltage within the input range can output the corresponding current, and the output current is to the negative pole of the power supply.
    Adjustment example:
For example: the power supply voltage is 24V, you need to convert 0-10V to 4-20mA
1: Connect the power supply voltage 24v, the positive pole of 24V is connected to the upper end of the three terminals on the right, and the negative pole is connected to the lower end of the three terminals on the right.
2: Zero adjustment: The two terminals on the left are short-circuited, and the zero adjustment knob is adjusted to make the output terminal (middle of the three terminals on the right) 4mA.
3: Adjust the range: Connect the upper left end to the 10V that needs to be converted, and the lower left end to the negative electrode of the voltage that needs to be converted. Adjust the range knob so that the output terminal (middle of the three terminals on the right) is 20mA.
4: The voltage to be converted changes within 0-10V, and the output current changes linearly within 4-20mA.
    Package Included:
    1* Signal conversion module
