SPL06-001 is a digital atmospheric pressure sensor miniaturized with high accuracy - a low current consumption. SPL06-001 is both a pressure sensor and a temperature sensor. The pressure sensor element is based on a capacitive sensing principle that ensures high precision during the temperature changes. SPL06-001 internal signal processor converts the output from the pressure - elements to 24-bit results. Each pressure sensor has been calibrated individually - contains the calibration coefficients. The coefficients are used in the application to convert the measurement results in real values pressure - temperature. SPL06-001 has a FIFO that can store the last 32 measurements. Using FIFO, the host processor can remain in sleep mode for a long time between reading.
