1.1 Function description of automatic mode:
1) First select heating mode/cooling mode;
2) Set the temperature and hysteresis, if you need to delay the start, set the time for the delay start
3) If you need to set high and low temperature alarms, set the high and low temperature alarm thresholds by yourself
1.2 Description of heating mode:
When the detected temperature (current temperature) set temperature-return difference temperature, the relay is turned on and the heating device starts to work;
When the detected temperature (current temperature) the set temperature, the relay is disconnected and the heating device stops working;
Example: Set the temperature to 30°C, and the return temperature to 5°C;
When the temperature is 2025(30-5 = 25), the relay will start heating. When the temperature reaches 30the set temperature 30, the relay will disconnect and stop heating;
1.3 Description of cooling mode:
When the detected temperature (current temperature) set temperature + differential temperature, the relay is turned on, and the refrigeration equipment starts to work;
When the detected temperature (current temperature) the set temperature, the relay is disconnected and the refrigeration equipment stops working;
Example: Set the temperature to 30°C, and the return temperature to 5°C;
When the temperature is 36°C35°C (30+5 = 35), the relay pulls in and starts cooling. When the temperature reaches 30°C the set temperature 30°C, the relay is disconnected and the cooling stops;
1.4 Description of delayed start function:
After one heating/cooling process is over, how long is the delay (unit: second) to allow the next heating/cooling;
1.5 Temperature correction function:
The system works for a long time, and there may be deviations. Through this function, the current temperature = measured temperature + calibration value;
1.6 High and low temperature alarm function:
Turn on and turn off the buzzer: When turned on, the buzzer will sound after an alarm, and after pressing the button, the buzzer will stop sounding;
High temperature alarm: After the high temperature alarm is turned on, the relay will be disconnected when the current temperature is higher than the high temperature alarm temperature;
Low temperature alarm: After the low temperature alarm is turned on, the relay will be disconnected when the current temperature is lower than the low temperature alarm temperature;
1.7 Emergency braking function (emergency stop function)
After the emergency stop is turned on, the relay will be disconnected in any state; after the emergency stop is turned off, the relay will return to its normal state;
1.8 Can the product be disconnected and run offline in automatic mode?
In the automatic mode, when the parameters are set, the product can run offline, and the parameters will not be lost when the power is off.
1.9 LAN data export function
Note:
A piece of temperature data will be uploaded to the local area network in 1 second. After clicking "Export", it will be automatically exported to EXCEL for analysis of the temperature data.
