Installation Guide Precautions (Incorrect connection may cause faults):
Each computer must be connected with 2 HDMI cables and 1 USB A/A cable to keep the keyboard, mouse, and monitor working properly.
Connection steps:
Step 1. Connect 2 x HDMI cable +1 x USB-A cable to PC 1 and KVM (USB 3.0, INPUT A1, INPUT B1).
Step 2. Connect 2 x HDMI cable +1 x USB-B cable to PC 2 and KVM (USB 3.0, INPUT A2, INPUT B2).
Step 3. Connect A 2 x HDMI cable between the KVM (OUT A, OUT B) and the monitor.
Step 4. Connect the keyboard and mouse to the K/M USB port on the KVM.
Step 5. Insert the USB3.0 device into the USB port on the KVM.
Step 6. Plug the desktop controller into the SELECT port and remotely switch between PC1 and PC2.

1. After connecting the computer to the monitor using the KVM, set the screen output mode (press Windows+P) on the keyboard and select the output mode in the dialog box that is displayed. Otherwise, only 1 of the two connected monitors has an image.
2. Before purchasing this product, ensure that the computer is directly connected to the monitor to properly display images. Otherwise, the KVM cannot be used.

- The premise for this KVM to achieve dual-screen display is that each PC connected must support dual or multi-screen display.
- Detection method: Can connect the computer to 2 monitors directly (not via KVM). If both monitors have an on-screen display, the computer supports multi-monitor display.
- Adapters Might Be Needed: This Dual Monitor KVM Switch requires 2* HDMI input for each computer and 2* HDMI output for monitors.
- For laptops, this dual monitor KVM switch supports USB C docking stations, but the resolution refresh rate may be limited by the docking station, and may need to connect DC 5V to power the KVM (depending on the docking station).
- The two monitors can only output the video source from 1 computer (mirror mode or expansion mode), and cannot output the signal source of PC1 and PC2 at the same time.
