- Black out for a few seconds(2-3) when switching and then recover, this is a normal phenomenon.
- If you need 4K@60HZ resolution, please use DP1.4 cable and make sure your computers and monitor supports 4K@60HZ. The DP1.2 cable may display poorly or not show the picture.
- We suggest the length of the DP cables(not included in the package)are not over 1.5 m/4.92 ft and recommend to use standard DP 1.4 cable.
- It does not support usb microphone and usb headphone as 2 separate usb plugin.
- If you encounter the situation that all DP cables are connected but no picture is displayed, you need to shut down all computers and restart them.
