The FirePro W8000 Workstation Graphics Card from Sapphire is designed for use in applications that demand high-performance dedicated graphics processing power. Although this can card can drive up to six displays at DCI 4K (4096 x 2160) resolution, it is capable of much more than just rendering display graphics. The parallel processing power locked up in the GPU can be leveraged for a wide range of computationally intensive tasks, including transcoding video, rendering 3D objects and environments for CAD, analysis of complex data sets, and more.
