1. If your HDMI-compatible Source Device (like for XBox, for PS4, for PS5) supports 4K, please use an HDMI-compatible cable 2.0 to connect 4K HDMI-compatible Source Device & 4K HDMI-compatible switch & display, since HDMI-compatible cable 1.4 (or below HDMI-compatible 1.4) isn't enough to support the resolution of 4K (4096*2160).
2. If your HDMI-compatible cable is not HDMI-compatible cable 2.0, you could adjust the resolution on your 4K HDMI-compatible Source device to 1080P (1920*1080) to match the specification of your HDMI-compatible cable, Or use the proper HDMI-compatible cable to connect.
3. HDMI-compatible switch box couldn't get two display devices to work simultaneously when you connect 1 HDMI-compatible Host to 2 HDMI-compatible TV or monitor.
4. For Some devices, when their HDMI-compatible port can not provide sufficient power for this switch to work, please connect at least two input source devices and turn on it. Or use 5V1A power supply for power supply (not included).
