When soldering, make sure that the lead-/lead- BGA chip has a temperature of 245-260°C (maximum) and the lead/lead BGA chip has a temperature of 180-205°C (maximum).

The welding process is complicated. Soldering/replacement of the chip must be performed by a skilled engineer.

Due to the fragile BGA chip, complex structure, a large number of balls, any slightly wrong positioning, careless temperature control or incompletely cleaned PCB boards can lead to insufficient soldering or insufficient soldering. The chip will die as a result.

BGA chips are easily damaged by improper soldering. Before buying, you should consider 3 points:

3) Are you skilled enough to solder the chip?
