Q: Why doesn't my laptop reach the 140-Watt or 100W charging power as advertised?
A: 1.If want to reach the 140W charging speed at C1 port,must be used with USB C to Magsafe 3 charging cable.( not included in the package)
2.The charging power is determined by your device and it will adjusted based on the maximum input limit and battery power.If the Laptop already has more than 20~30% of the battery power,the charger will enter a constant current charging stage to protect the battery and reduce output power.

1.Please check if your smart device supports Fast Charging and the Maximum Charging Power.The charging power is determined by your device and it will adjusted based on the maximum input limit and battery capacity.The maximum charging power obtained varies from device to device.
2. The lcd screen can detect and display the real-time output of each port.When the charging current is less than 0.1A.the LCD screen will not detect and will not display detailed output.but charging is not affected.
3. We suggest using right fast charging usb cable or original charging cable to ensure charging power.
4. D-e-ll laptop series cannot be charged at full speed due to charging protocol restrictions.
