3.Logistics methods:We use the freight forwarder-Yanwen to transport the parcel,shipping time is about 8-16 days.
4.After-sales service: We are committed to providing quality products and after-sales service, we provide 18 months warranty service for our products (within 18 months from the date of order creation), if you receive any quality problems with the product, please contact us or BOBOVR official after-sales service in time, please attach your order number.

1.Brand new B100 battery system, B100 is only compatible with the new S3 Pro Strap and is not compatible with BOBOVR M2/M3 series headbands. Please do not buy by mistake.(The battery cell is 10000mah/3.65V or 5000mah/7.3V. In order to prolong the life, the system has stored 4% of the power. The actual available capacity is 4800mahx7.3V=35.04Wh)
2. Compared with B2, while the volume remains unchanged, the cell capacity is increased from 5200mah to 10000mah(Battery cell capacity), the battery capacity is increased by 92%, and the weight is only increased by 28%.
