Its shutter/dust cap protects it from dust and contaminants when not in use.

Designed for Simple, Toolless Termination

There’s no need for a 110-style punchdown tool with the N238-001-SH-TF keystone jack. Simply lace the cable’s conductors into the stuffer cap, press them onto the 110 connectors and lock the jack in place to make the connection.

Broad Compatibility for a Range of IT Applications

The N238-001-SH-TF’s punchdown connection is compatible with 22-24 AWG solid wire cabling in all standard keystone wallplates, patch panels and surface-mount boxes. Its female RJ45 port is compatible with all shielded Cat6a/6/5e cables.
