Perfect Alternative Jetson Nano 4GB SUB is a highly consistent developer kit based on official Jetson nano 4GB core module, the only difference is that Yahboom Jetson Nano 4GB SUB motherboard comes with 16G-eMMC memory, no need to use TF separately The card can run, at the same time, it can expand the USB3.0 U disk, or use the 3.0 card reader and TF card to expand the memory. Please note that the SUB does not have an SD card slot, and the expansion of memory can only be solved through a U disk
The Jetson Nano 4GB SUB Developer Kit delivers the compute performance to run modern AI workloads at unprecedented size, power, and cost. Developers, learners, and makers can now run AI frameworks and models for applications like image classification, object detection, segmentation, and speech processing.
The developer kit can be powered by micro-USB and comes with extensive I/Os, ranging from GPIO to CSI. This makes it simple for developers to connect a diverse set of new sensors to enable a variety of AI applications. And it is incredibly power-efficient, consuming as little as 5 watts.
Jetson Nano is also supported by JetPack, which includes a board support package (BSP), Linux OS, NVIDIA CUDA, cuDNN, and TensorRT software libraries for deep learning, computer vision, GPU computing, multimedia processing, and much more. The software is even available using an easy-to-flash SD card image, making it fast and easy to get started.
The same JetPack SDK is used across the entire Jetson family of products and is fully compatible with N's world-leading AI platform for training and deploying AI software. This proven software stack reduces complexity and overall effort for developers.
Very important: Please note that the SUB does not have an SD card slot, and the expansion of memory can only be solved through a U diskPins P19, P21, P23, P24, P26 of Jetson NANO 4GB SUB cannot be set to SPI mode like B01 of N-VI-DIA.

Answer user confusionYahboom Jetson Nano SUB login user name-jetson, password-yahboom.Yahboom only modified the login user name and password based on the official operating system, and did not burn any jetpack software packages (cuda, TensorRT, cuDNN) into the development board. To use these software packages, users need to download and install them by themselves. If you don't want to use the username & password provided by Yahboom, you can rewrite the official operating system by yourself.
If you need to use the U disk to expand the memory, you need to write the boot file to the EMMC through the virtual machine, and then write the system image file to the U disk. Yahboom only provides a virtual machine file. Due to copyright issues, it does not provide virtual installation steps.
